- Defective Items: Products with manufacturing flaws (e.g., wobbly crib slats, torn mattress waterproof lining, broken dining chair harness, faded decoration fabric) or shipping damage (e.g., dented crib frame, stained mattress from transit, cracked dining chair legs).
- Incorrect Items: Receiving a product that doesn’t match your order (e.g., mini crib instead of standard, firm mattress instead of medium, high dining chair instead of adjustable, wrong theme decoration).
- Safety Concerns: Products that fail to meet U.S. safety standards (e.g., cribs without CPSC certification, mattresses with toxic materials, dining chairs with loose straps)—we offer full refunds + free return shipping for these cases.
Non-Eligible Items
- Used/Assembled Items: Cribs that have been assembled or used (due to safety risks for infants); mattresses that have been unboxed or placed in a crib (hygiene regulations); dining chairs with signs of use (e.g., food stains, worn straps); decorations that have been hung or handled (risk of dust/moisture exposure).
- Custom-Made Items: Personalized products (e.g., monogrammed cribs, custom-size mattresses, themed decorations with baby’s name) cannot be returned unless defective—we confirm this before processing custom orders for frankwilliams Store.
- Damaged by Misuse: Products damaged from improper assembly (e.g., wobbly crib from incorrect hardware installation), improper cleaning (e.g., mattress washed in hot water), or improper use (e.g., dining chair used by a child over weight limit).
2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

- Supporting Evidence:
- Damaged/defective items: Clear photos/videos of the issue (e.g., wobbly crib slat, torn mattress lining, broken chair strap) and original packaging.
- Incorrect items: Photos comparing the received product to your order confirmation (e.g., mini vs. standard crib label, firm vs. medium mattress tag).
We approve/deny requests within 2 business days and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved—do not return items without an RA number (unauthorized returns are rejected by frankwilliams Store). -
Prepare the Item:
- Baby Cribs: Repackage in the original factory-sealed box with all hardware (screws, bolts, instructions) included—if the box is damaged, contact us for a replacement shipping crate (we provide it for free).
- Infant Mattresses: Repack in original vacuum-sealed packaging—avoid removing the waterproof cover or exposing the mattress to moisture.
- Baby Dining Chairs: Disassemble (if already assembled) and repack in original box with all straps and hardware—ensure the harness is intact.
- Baby Bed Decorations: Fold neatly and repack in original moisture-resistant wrapping—ensure all pieces (e.g., wall decals, crib skirts, pillows) are included.

- Defective/Incorrect/Safety Issues: We coordinate free return shipping via a specialized furniture carrier (for cribs and dining chairs) or standard courier (for mattresses and decorations). For large items, we schedule curbside pickup at your convenience.

- Baby Bed Decorations: $4.99 flat fee.
- Infant Mattresses: $9.99 flat fee.
- Baby Dining Chairs: $14.99 flat fee.

- Change of mind: Product price minus return shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee (to cover repackaging, safety inspection, and restocking for baby products).
Refunds go to your original payment method—banks may take 3–5 days to credit funds.
